In 2014, Brand+Aid had the honor and privilege of working on three different HIV-focused ad campaigns. The latest in that trio is the recently launched HIV Treatment Works – once again for the CDC. The campaign features a whopping total of 18 print ads, posters and digital banners; a TV commercial; and six digital video stories. The campaign materials may be viewed in their entirety at the CDC’s Act Against AIDS site.

HIV Treatment Works speaks to the nearly 1.1 million people who are living with the disease in the United States. It encourages them to get into medical care, stay true to their treatment plan every day, keep healthy, protect their partners – and most importantly – to pursue what they love and live life to its fullest. With today’s powerful HIV treatments, there’s absolutely no reason why they can’t lead long and vibrant lives, and remain virally suppressed.
